Ben, i've said before exactly what Pete has just said. They need to be dipped in acid for at least 24 hours to allow it to soak in properly but it will free those splines off! It's truely remarkable stuff

The only problem that you're likely to see is having to pay for it to be done thru the books as they say as it's a failrly large part and can't be snuk in the dip tank with some other bits.
