thats what your cambelt does, you can see the belt move, well its a blue backwards and forwards and shows up more at certain rpm's. The belts flap.

The tyres are meant to do that matey. Theres some slippage as you can see and the man describes, they have a lot of grip which is why they wrinkle. If they grip solid the tyre wrinkles up to much and the car starts to shake side to side and nasty things happen.
