changing distributor cap and rotor arm (renault 19 1.4 H reg)
managed to get distributor cap off - eventually (worn screw underneath not easy to get to) but the rotor arm seems firmly stuck(?). any tips for best way to get it off? (trying not to damage the wee cover thingy that's on the distributor) is the rotor arm 'sealed' on?

and if it is and i get it off, what should i use to seal new one back on with?
