Gear shift wear

Help me out guys.

I have a Clio mk1 at home, that car's used by my sister and by me when it's snowing so I can handbrake my way sideways since I'm not doing that kind of driving with my Fiver...

Anyway, the problem is;

Clio's gear shift is more solid then on R5, you can jiggle the R5 shift when in gear, and sometimes if I go fast over some hard bumps it can fall out of gear and get in neutral...

Clio doesn't have that feeling...when in gear, the stick doesn't move a slightest bit...

So, as this is mostly comfort issue, what do I need to change on my gear mechanism to make it work as good as new, what part most likely wore out?
