theoretically yes. But you'd need to make brackets to space the calipers out correctly/mount them to the hubs, use discs of such a thickness that the pistons wont pop out of the calipers when the pads wear down, and arrange the handbrake to operate hydraulically.

So basically no

front and rear calipers are totally different
