tracking has nothing to do with this, tracking relates to the relation of the angle of wheels to the cars longitudinal axis. Nothing to do with vibration, if it causes vibration the the wheels would obvouiously be way out and the car hard to control.
its either balance or a dint, which technically comes under balance
