can you claim off his insurance?? i know you hit him, but maybe with mitigating circumstances, and enough people vouching that he cant drive!??
failing that... get one of the 'bumpers' from a motorway maintenance truck, the ones that stick out miles but crumple up, and stick them on his car.
people that drive like that shouldn't be allowed on the road unsupervised lol
