Definitely check all the vaccum hoses, the little black ones that all connect to the inlet manifold, also check where the one joins the MAP sensor mounted on the bulkead.
Check for air leaks all round the inet pipes etc
Check all the electrical plugs are secure
Did you put different parts on it or was it all stuff that was running fine before?
