RT heater not getting warm
This is my old RT, now owned by my dad.

The heater has never worked despite the cooling system being flushed out. Last month the head gasket went which we repaired on the driveway and have flushed it several times again so the water is crystal clear now and its running spot on.

Flaps appears to be working fine so any ideas?

It just gets slightly warm so i'm saying heater matrix but my dad thinks it may be something else?
