1991 Renault 19 16 VALVE 16V RARE ALLOYS FSH phase one

1991 Renault 19 16 Valve Phase 1, Has most the paperwork from day one of its life including the orriginal warranty/servicing book by renault, which was last filled in at 120,000 miles. Mileage is now coming up towards 141,000, i have owned it for 10 months, in that time have done 7000 miles, its had done 132,500 on 19/2005 on mot slip so done less than 8000 miles in 2 years. Engine pulls great, on a recent compression test was between 155 and 165 on all cylinders. So no worries there, as its a weak spot on this car.

There is receipts for everything imaginable from new front shocks to engine mounts , Wheels bearings, New calipers, clutch, clutch cables, gearbox(s) alternator, replacement heater matrix, rear shockers, Ht leads, Steering arms, Electric window motors, Indicator flasher units,
Every MOT certificate is there, it has been a truelly loved car for most of its life, although starting to show its age a bit now, remember this car is 16 years old now.

Full leather interior. however drivers seat has started to wear on bolster on drivers side, but the rest of the seats are unmarked in most ways. Comes with a state of the art cd player by JVC, Has RARE and sought after Renault 19 17 inch alloys, these however are in need of a refurb as they are curbed everywhere and anywhere. although a mint set recently sold for 400+ on ebay, (of which i am a memeber(but who aint , lol) , ), i have owned 4 R19 16v in my time and this is the fastest by far. I was told by previous owner it has competition style pistons in, also has a sticker to say that on rocker, however as of yet i have not found that receipt, however it probably is there, there are hundreds of receipts.

Full mongoose stainless steel exhaust system, Ram flow air forced induction kit, Very large and gives a real induction sound, Lowered proffesionally by 70mm on front and 60mm on rear.

Now avaliable on classic car insurance thru many companies, so cheap insurance,

Any question s please dont hesitate, I reserve the right to withdraw item at anytime as its advertised else where,

, Please see below for a list of bad points,

thanks

BAD POINTS,

Drivers seat starting to wear

Needs new brake discs and pads,

Needs 1 new tyre ASAP, about 7mm on other and 5mm on other 2.

Wheel balancing is out

Tracking is out

exhaust is blowing on join between centre and rear. (easy fix)

Drivers mirror glass needs replacing,

Dent on rear, passenger side under light cluster, pic included

Some stone chips on fron bonnet, (it is nearly 17 years old)

And finally,, Needs a good wash, LOL

I have been 100% honest in this listing and viewing is highly recommended, This is a performance car of its day and still does a good job at it. ANY questions , please do not hesitate, thanks you once again

After investigations, it would appear to have Jackson racing pistons, High lift cams, (unsure of degree) and ecu is chipped, that explains why it feels so fast to me now, thanks

Hi steve, we already spotted this on ebay, and have been discussing it here:

Ph1 19 16v

My comments stand about the alloys.

:-o As far as i can tell these are the proper 17s that were a list option, they have been fitted to the car for many years looking through the receipts, They have no manafacturers stamp, but are very light. I do stand to be corrected on this though. no intention to mislead at all. I will do a bit more research on it, Not sure Why pictures are nt working, i could nt get ebay to upload them, so had to host them on photoshop to link, its possible thats why ?????? I know now why i ve got 80 views and 20 watchers though lol, must be all you lot, thanks steve

well this is in no way mint, its in a generally poor condition, needs a tidy up, but for a 1.8 16valve it is fast. a lot faster than a 106 gti that i ve owned lately, however not as fast as my brothers evo lol
i realistically expect to get 450 ish for it, i could be well off the mark,
thanks
