More new pics, price no longer so low. Have shown the faults too the alloy shown is the most marked the others are pretty much blemish free.

It is to be MOT'd soon the price will be revised after that if interested get hold of me by text or email - serious offers only though (and by that i dont mean im expecting a lot i just mean people with the neccesary to come and purchase the car there will be NO DELIVERY of the vehicle sorry guys i would if i could)

you'll want to sort that rear arch properly then if you want proper money matey. looks like you just filled the hole with p30 and left it. The sills will also be bad if that areas has gone to that extent. TBH selling on here you'd be better to take the skirts off and show us exactly whats underneath them as we all know the problem areas, as I'm sure you do too.

Doc,

Steady on the assumptions chap. This is the first 19 ive owned, and that arch has not been touched up by me so i can not comment on what it may or may not have been filled with, if it looks like that to you then that is fine but saying it in my thread is abit of a no go sign for people when in fact you dont know whether it is filled or not it doesnt look like bodged filler to me up close but i will give it a magnet test at the next opportunity.

As mentioned i dont live anywhere near where the car is at the moment so skirts off pictures taken are not possible, inspection is more than welcome if someone else wishes to do so.

If the car was to be broken the engine/box/wheels/exhaust etc would be worth near enough what i was asking so as a whole i dont think the £350 without an MOT im asking is adventageous.

Appreciate the input though next time im down with the car i will have a look at the arch as i was not aware they are prone to going through like that, although hopefully it will have been for an MOT in the mean time to bring up any possible problems.

Rob,

The mot would proberbly pass it if it was rubbed down and painted over but the picture you've posted shows there's been a repair using filler. if it had been done properly then the arch would have been cut out and a new one welded in place. the only way to cover that up properly would be to grind down the welds, use some filler on the area and paint the whole rear quarter. (thats why i know that area hasn't been welded up properly)

Don't take this as a slagging for your car nor a spam of the thread mate I/we simply know the problem areas on these cars having owned many ourselves. tbh the pictures are fairly honest about the problem. You could have not posted the pic and let someone find out the problem when they turned up in person so take that as a testiment to your charictor, I was simply pointing out that for good money you'll need to get it done properly or sell it to a forum of people that dont know that much about 19's.

Morning Gents,

Yeah still got the old girl. Gets started every so often when my dad is up at the yard where it is kept working on his cars.

Im rarely back home perhaps once every three months and seem to have other plans when i go back. Hoping to get it prepped for MOT next weekend but then again ive been saying that for some time

Just hope someone will take it, at least it will go on ebay next weekend with some newer pictures.

Rob

Oh and in reference to the 22 i have no idea im just as intruiged lol
