Mk1 Clio 1.6 8v

For sale is my Mk1 Clio with a 1.6 8v Megane engine conversion, carried out by Nick Hill at Hill Power a few years ago. Pics can be found on his site Welcome to HILL POWER

The engine is running on Lumenition engine managenent and Lumenition ignition system. Other bits include:
-Supersprint tubular exhaust manifold
-full stainless exhaust system with a stainless Scorpion motorbike scilencer
-de-cat, although a very good cat will be provided
-Hill Power induction kit, re-located into the scuttle panel
-full set of silicone hoses
-Clio 16v front wings and bumper
-Clio 16v front brakes with TarOx grooved discs and fast road pads
-Clio 16v rear spoiler
-Clio RSi sideskirts
-Williams interior (mint)
-'Dubmeister' plates
-Ph1 19 16v alloys custom painted with a diamond cut lip
-car is painted in 455 Midnight Blue

Bad bits:

-tax runs out end of february, however MOT is good until october

-engine is a bit lumpy from cold. The Lumenition ECU has a pretty basic cold start system compared to today's latest ECUs

-engine has a strange judder at 1600rpm. It only happens when slowing down and happens randomly. I suspect it to be a faulty sensor. Possibly the cold start sensor, idle control valve or throttle position sensor

-bonnet and front bumper have quite a lot of stonechips

Apart from that the car is pretty sweet and pretty nippy.

It is located near Coventry and viewing is welcome.

£1300ono

Quick sale needed as I've put a deposit down on a new car and the Clio needs to go as I will not be able to keep two cars.
