as far as i am aware they are ok. most of the MOT's it has sailed through with no work. it has never been advised for any welding which i think sills require. it only has a rust spot on each rear wheel arch. there are no leaks within the car so body work seeems to be sound. mechanics have said it is a good car for its age as been well looked after and regularly maintained. i just no longer have the funds to put it back on the road as i needed a cheaper car for work.

i am not a mechanic but have been told if you know what you are doing they can be changed without taking the engine out. a garage will quote you to take the engine out to do them. having spent so much on the car recently i couldnt afford to do this through a garage and being female cant do it myself as wouldnt know where to start. i am chucking in a haynes manual with the car which may tell you.
