its the amount of money that the seller has set that they think the item is worth, so that when the bidding reaches this "reserve" amount, they will let the said tem go for that amount, and more

why no other side shot?, laqure is pealing on the one you can see/ prolly a naff repair job (save zoom in)
(when zoomed in) boot looks a different colour?? could be me but has it seen hit?
why no inside shots?
