it is the offset. Standard for the 19 is ~37
Those wheels will fit, but they'll sit 17mm further out on each side.

ET is the distance between the centreline of the wheel and the mounting face. So an ET of 0 would mean the mounting face is on the centreline of the wheel. ET 20 means the the mounting face is 20mm out from the centreline, ET37 is 37mm out from the centreline. Difference is 17mm thus the wheel sits 17mm further out.
