Yep, same old story... Bendix/widowmaker ABS has given up.

Nothing wrong with it that a leisurely weekend's work wouldn't put right.

All in all, well worth the £100 opening bid.

ABS needs removing. To do that, the engine needs to come out.

thought about it but tbh i was gonna strip out the abs completely, what do you recommend?

couldn't be arsed / didn't know which bits to strip out my hatch so never bothered. ash says he has all the non-abs equipment.

Yeah so do I, but the chamade is probably going on ebay itself within 2 weeks.

I only want it to fix, smarten up and sell on to someone who will look after it but doesnt have the ability to fix it themselves. Save it from being scrapped. A truly altruistic motive I'm sure you'll agree.
