A few of us on retro have had dealings with this guy before, he is a conman, he takes your money and never delivers the goods!!

Chet and I are, i belive, the only ppl that managed to 'sting' him back

neo sent one of his couriers to his door.

Chet sent pictures of his house to him and then I was sent the brake discs that looked like they came off a car that was under the see for a time.

Why don't you just kill his auctions? It's easy to set up numerous accounts on EBay. Just use these 'anonymous' accounts to bid his auctions up to tens of thousands of pounds and watch him squirm when he's faced with the EBay costs.

Obviously, in time, he'll appeal to EBay and get the costs squashed, but it might teach him a lesson!

So we now have his address and this is where Chris H comes into the sting, i cant remember exactly which of his clan got it but using the address, either Amber or his mum trawled thru estate agent websites and managed to find a picture of malcom barrys house with his ph2 19 parked outside it!!

So now back under my original ebay ID, i contacted malcom again, i told him i had his address, his phone number and attached to the email, the pic of his house, told him if chet and i did not get our stuff, we would be straight onto the police

Got a very abusive email back from him along the lines of
OK cunt, u got me, where do i send your stuff

very nice eh

Another thing was at that time i used to manage a group of site engineers and one of my engineers was driving past kelso in the next couple of days.
I told my engineer all about it and him being a BIG lad, said Nae Prob, i'll go round and get ur stuff.

So i emailed mr barry one last time and told him that our stuff had to be given to my engineer at such a date and such a time, if not, i would instantly call the police

But the real sting of it was, chet and i added a couple of items to the list of stuff he owed us and cos malcom is an idiot and had not kept track of who he tried to con who with what, so we got our original items plus a couple of items we had not bidded on or had won . . i see it as compensation for all the hassle he caused but basicly we conned the conman

Do you still think he's got the set of Konis i won off him? Its a shame he lives so far away otherwise i would have sent some very nasty people round! I've got his bank account and sort code? maybe everyone can put this info together and contact CRIME WATCH! yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa MR Barry on CW, that shud be a laff...or wat about rogue traders?

It seems we have all dealt with ars@holes on flebay nich touch sending one of the boys round, bought some drilled groved discs with red stuff pads recently (paid by paypal as they will refund if goods not sent) waited 2 weeks chased waited another week items sent by courier but not pads 2 weeks late no response, trying now to buy stuff I can collect and pay cash for......
