The car requires an abs servo pump...these can be sourced from a scrap yard if they have a 19 16v for breaking..or from another running renault 1916v....Because this unit is faulty on this car it disables the brakes so winning bidder will need to tow the car away...Please note...this is the only mechanical defect in this car!!!
pmsl, wonder what that could mean........ love to see one "in a scrapyard", if its what we think it is

You're right Tom, Bosch doesn't fail like that, it will either have Bendix or he's misdiagnosed the problem.

Yeah, early ph2s had bendix. I've had one myself, known round these parts as the infamous 'WOX', previousy owned by Matt16v

Mines a K plate and got the bendix unit, just going to swap it over for another unit which is working fine. Just need to find a way of bleeding the system as the haynes manual wont tell you how to do it, and im not going to go to renault to sort it out
