Well i would go with the sellers, it would appear that they are willing to send them overseas to you and the cost is going to be near enough the same wether they post them or wether one of us post them on to you.

Sorry, i can't help you with the shipping costs, never posted anything to your area of the world so i have no idea.
As for the payment options, did you discuss with them if they would accept a bank transfer? Message them again, give them your full name and address so that they can get a price for you on the shipping costs and then they can also give you the full total for tappets and shipping and also say that because of the country you live in, you can only pay by bank transfer as paypal is not available to you and that of course you would not expect shipment of the goods until payment is cleared into their account.
