You be suprised what people can do,i know of someone who snapped the ends off the camshaft on a zetec trying to tighten the pulley bolts!

He's probably done it it trying to clamp the two pullys together when hes been changing the belt to stop them moving. It's very stupid i know but i've heard of afew people doing it.
