i find it very hard to believe he has got that he has got 39 bhp from a chip, exhaust, filter and pbv, thats a big jump in power for so little mods, rolling road print out or not i find that optimistic

power boost valves are actually stupid to put on ur car they just increase fuel pressure, sounds good but but over time will make your gaskets and seals deterieate etc my mate bought a rs 2000 with one on it was riddled with problems then he removed the pbv and all was fine again

increasing the fuel pressure doesnt increase the flow rate of the injector itself, its only a finite opening that opens for fractions of a second (due to the PWM signal from the ECU). And even then, if more fuel got in, your altering the A/F mixture, so you might cause the engine to run slightly richer, the ecu receives feedback from the lambda sensor, sees that its running at the wrong ratio and shortens the pulse width to the injector.

the only way of altering fueling on an electronic fuel injection car is to either remap the ecus ve table or to alter the pwm signal out of the ecu.

yea but it may be a flywheel reading you work out the reading at the wheels by taking a percentage of the flywheel reading not sure how much.
