i miss mine.

whats wrong with the auto boxes? not much thats what.

I have also to actually see any driver use a manual box properly. Everyoen says I liek manuals cos I'm in control and know how to drive. Do they then just take stupid pills for when I'm in the car with them?

99.999% of drivers cannot drive a manual car properly

shoddy build quality coupled with poor sales.

the executive car market even back then was dominated by Germany

how often did you get the oil changed? What happened to it? Why not get it repaired as theres plenty of specialists about that'll sort them.

Saying that I need to sort out a scania auto box, the problems somewhere after the torque convertor as the PTO works and drops the legs and extends the jib etc, just won't drive the vehicle. The box place turned it away cos it was too big.

well, i lost reverse gear, the found out that i couldnt even move the car in neutral, as it seems to be locked in forward drive, and when it drives forward, if you put your foot down, it loses gears.

its been serviced as per service intervals, every 60K

well gray its very, very simple, but apparently stupid people that form the public are too thick to understand simple physics and vehicle characateristics. They have no ability to judge anything for themselves or anticipate an obvious upcomign event.

My particule favourite move by drivers is the overtake. they drop doiwn a gear for all of 1 second and lose speed then change back up. I particularly like this move when performed on the motorway.

Yes these people should be executed and frankly I'm the man for the job.

B, normally reverse is fine on them and the forward gears just slip then fail. Never heard of one losing reverse. Not get a recon box?

Ok Chris

I know what you mean, I've been a passenger with the likes of those befor and it is aggrivating(spelling).

But I am one of those who prefers a manual, otherwise driving is just so un-involved. Like my old mans Jags (XJR & XKR to name just a couple, I know, feckin tit ) , quick as f**k but not as pleasurable as doing it in a manual!!

Just my opinion tho!!!!
