my newun
ok peeps, I've been banging on about gettin a supra for ages now so the fact I have a new car should come as no supprise; however, the fact that it is not a supra or indeed a jap turbo'd beast may do.
Having looked at all the pros and cons of different cars out there I've decided to go with something a little more practical and something i have some knowladge of working on from all the time spent under the 19. So what did i get............. a 2L 16v Megane Coupe. and to make it slightly more stomache churning......... its yellow! It cost me just shy of £2000, but it only has 51K and has FSH, most of which were conducted at renault dealerships. (although we all know that means fuck all as renault techs are often crap) Heres som pice for you to see her. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm not too keen on the interior but I'm sure i can sourse some black leather, door cards, dash ect to make her look the part. |

Yellow is the best colour on those! All you need now is some black or anthricate (sp?) wheels on it.

I think the yellow is growing on me. at first i thought it was a bit ott, but i think its better than the black and blue.
I was thinking some white split rim with pollished rim and the wide arch body kit. just for the full ned effect! LOL It's only £1500 for the kit.mmmm don't know, have to get back from Iraq first. lol |

I agree, the interior is ghastly. but I've seen some leather and door cards for £200 on the bay, only thing is its gray not black. so i may just wait for the rite colour to turn up.
Chris recons I will find that the 19 is the better drive but I guess i will find that out. I'm not sure if it shares the same suspention as the 19 or not. if it does then i have some lowered stuff i can fit, to sort the handling out. as for the kit i was looking at. follow the link: Renault Megane Mk1 Tribute Wide Full Body Kit, Tribute Wide Full Body Kit Renault Megane Mk1 |

yea, it is a bit open mouthed, but its the only bumper that fits the kit.
there are a few kits out there that i like, but I'll test the car out first to see if its worth doing to it. |
