Dont think i'd want it back to be honest! Airbags went off, that costs a small fortune to repair doesn't it?

Can somone help me here?

I'd like some idea on how this will proceed with the insurance company. Basically the guy pulled out from a minor road in front of me, the guy did not accept liability and accused me of speeding (which I wasn't) Now he can't proove my speed, but from the damage to both vehicles and the marks on the road/damage to road signs you can see where I hit him and the evasive action I took to avoid him. (I have photos of all of this except his van)

Im pretty sure it sais in the highway code or somthing to never admit liability even if its your fault. Is it likely the insurance companies will send a survey team to look at the scene?

I went back to the scene, where my car left the road I was 10 inches off hitting a much bigger metal sign with thicker poles holding it up

I'm only TPFT (had planned to change to fully comp) and have a feeling this is goin to drag out for a long time and i'll be without my car for a long time. I do have a backup car so to speak, but its not really the point.

Any thoughts , most appreciated!

Thanks

Huw
