16v- valver maybe wrotr off

my valver goit an arse ender last night when i hit a fooking great big puddle in the road, hit the brakes hard and bang goes my arse, a fooking micra sniffing my arse pics will be uploaded later

I would. . .mate got £1650 for his old valver and he only bought it for £400 around about 3 month before a lorry drove up the side of the car denting and scrapping the rear quater, door and wing.

Would you buy it back from the insurance ?

the puddle was 2 feet deep mate, only just caught it as i hit it water went over the head on the engine it started to splutter, but kept on going.

how did he manage that. what did he value it at. mine is valued at £700

sad to hear the news about your clio

but from the photo it does'nt *look* overly bad

new tail gate, bumper & mounts and those creases should knock out, and body fill the rest, does'nt look like theres is any jiging needed from the photos.

thats what i had in mind, to buy it back and repair it wiv the money i get. or just get another and sell as parts. engine is sweet only done 70,000, not a single leak any where either. the best engine i hav ever seen to be honest.

Worth buying back even just for the front end & mechanicals to go in something else then...
