So the R21 owner is a local then judging by the numberplate (no, don't laugh, its a reality! I work in london and have done for numerous years, i also drive into london and home again daily, the number of overseas plated cars is very much on the increase, not because we have more visitors from overseas but because Brits (or whoever happens to live here) are bringing overseas cars in to evade all the various scameras planted in and around the london area, speeding, ANPR, Red light cameras, congestion charge cameras, some new super duper high tech cameras that are appearing on the A406 which apparantly can not only get your plate but can also see if you are on the phone, smoking or even eating/drinking behind the wheel)
