Got abit out of hand and should have first been dealt in private rather than a public forum the way it was. Yes everyone has a right to know but there are better ways of doing it, I cant quite understand why you didnt start the topic as it was your car.

I know you have issues but this question should have been sent to chet as a Private Message, all you are doing here is starting the closed thread up again and nothing new will come out of it.
You say one thing, Dan another and that will be the way it will continue, with no resolution, just pages of slagging each other off.
That was why Chet closed the original thread.

i understand what you guys are saying.
i tried contacting dan with no replys.
reason thread was started by ash was he discovered these problems and he was very angry that i was given a death trap to drive, plus i was at his house whne he started thread.
i dont want everyone to go against dan what i want is an appology and dan has not even offerd one, the money and what has happened aint the issue, the issue is he has denied something which he could not possibly talk his way out of and sayying someone else has tampered witht the car is wrong.

i have calmed down alot more today.

but people answer me one thing if you took your car to someones drive or garage no matter where you take it you expect it to be done properley if you took your familys friends etc in your car and things start falling off and then you discover your whole drivetrain is held in with 3 loose bolts making the car an absolute dearh trap to drive, would you be pissed to.

Would i be annoyed? Yes

Would i start a frankly ridiculous thread about it? No

There are ways to handle things like this and the thread that was posted was not the right way AT ALL.

The reason i left it there was so that yourself or dan may see what comments had been posted and sort it out yourselves privately

Consider this a reply to your PM

I Think People On Here Who May Take There Cars To cowboy In The Future Deserve To Know That There Cars Will Probably Be A Complete Deathtrap When They Get Them Back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i tried to sort it with dan but everytime i tried contacting him the phone call was cancelled from his end, i tried msn,ing him i was ignored so i think this is the best course of action because from what i can see he has grabbed the money and ran
