i believe smoking makes me look cool in front of my peers, also the more i smoke the cooler i get...
the effects on my asthma somehow make it cooler

Easily £100 - £200 a month mate. It would be more but Cherie doesn't want to give up.
I've got to say I feel better for it, I breath much easier and I don't snore half as bad as i did when i was smoking. I even feel better first thing in the morning which makes a change. Have to say it was definatly harder with Cherie still smoking to give up but she goes out the back now which helps. I didn't even use the patches, mainly because i can't afford them but also because having given up last time I now knew I could do it without. TBH I seriously think it's down to reconditioning your thinking and processes so you don't automatically reach for a cig after a meal or buy a packet wen you fill the car up. lol Badger, if that' the only laps in 4 years then it's not that bad mate. As long as you don't go back to it full time. |
