Chet! If it's a poofter I'll name it after you! We have had 3 scans the last one 2 weeks ago and told it is definatley a burger not a frankfuter!!!!!! (But just in case wont be putting the furniture up till she's here!)

Neo, got a mortgage now, hence the extention

and no the garage is staying as is!!!!!! but is being sorted out soon, just added 2 bedrooms to the back of the place!

One thing I cannot abide is carpet in either the bathroom or the kitchen.

It's wrong. Even if it's that special tight knit easy clean carpet, it's just...wrong! Can't figure out why anyone would want to have it.

Tiles or laminate flooring in those 2 rooms, no option.

Bathroom if i had my way would ideally have a fully tiled floor, imperceptibly sloping to a drain in the middle. Bit like a swimming pool changing room!
