£40 for the engine complete, poor sod, could have got a lot more than £40 for it.

my £100 meggy

It had had a slight accident on the front passenger side, dented the wing and damage to the subframe, i broke it, kept the engine and gearbox which is going into my 19 and sold the rest of it as parts, made a nice little profit and basicly got my F7R engine and JC5 gearbox for nothing

just to add although he bought it with knackered gearbox (he was told by seller who was told by AA) he informed me that after putting chains through and lifting it up to get cat for someone the buyer of the cat told him it didnt look like the gearbox was knackered after looking at it properly it was something else not sure what he said it was but basically the buyer of the cat said it would of only cost him around 50.00 to fix bit late after he used the chains to lift it he looked gutted, and that one you got looks a bargain im lookingat another one for spares that failed mot keep it in the spare garage.
