a good friend of mine has 3 disabled children and she has brittle bone disease herself, she depends on her car to get her from A2B and getting back and forth to hospital with them for check ups etc, a couple months ago she was supplied with a brand new car by mobility to help her get by, then one night her woman beating idiot of an ex decided to take the car for a drive whilst she was asleep (he does not have a license) and managed to write the car off. , since she had to buy a £150 mondeo 1.8 auto to get her by which is uneconomical and falling to bits with mot due to run out very soon

now she straight away called police and kicked him out for her and her kids safety and they have not spoken since today they had to go to court regarding him stealing her car

the outcome was, and im angry just thinking about it - she got 6 points and is now band (she has not had license two years yet) and £155 charges for allowing someone not qualified to drive take her car, he got a slap on the wrist with £80 fine and 6 points even though hes not licensed.

are the courts really that under educated, are they that f**king stupid, obviously they are, she reported the car stolen the second she realised he had taken it, but because he said "she said i could drive it" they took his side (even though he has form for theft of motor vehicles and and burglary) and basically made lisa's life very hard for her. what makes matters worse was him and his dad walked out laughing and having cruel jibes at her, they are his 3 children yet he does that to them and there mother, evil b@st*rd, i would like to seem him suffer for this i really would but then i suppose this is how the uk justice system works........me and a few friends and her family are gonna seek a bloody good solicitor for her and appeal the courts silly decision,, what you guys think, are we wasting time or do we have a good chance of helping her.

Another example of the GREAT british justice system, that is totally disgraceful for someone supposedly a father to do its true what they say " any fool can make a kid but it takes a real man to be a father" are we as parents not supposed to protect are children/family? and I for one know if that was one of my friends what me and a few of my mates would be doing and it wouldnt involve this sh** justice system but could as mentioned involve a large boot

well i was dragged out of my bed by 4 coppers and then charged with driving whilst banned, driving with no insurance, stealing my OWN car and whatever else it was and got a 3 year ban for it and even more points,.

Now technically you can't be done with anythign unless theres proof that you actually did it, i.e video evidence, witnesses or the police catch you in the act.

Btu why would the criminal justice system actually obey the law when they can make it suit them to get their figures up?
