Only by paypal i'm afraid as it is integrated with the forum.
We used to offer the facilities of sending cheques but it is a logistical nightmare. Paypal is safe and doesn't cost you a penny

not used it in ages a nigerian scamer clleared it out one day and never used it since will try to remember my pass word and sort it if not my mate will pay it and ile have to pay him back

Ok, maybe not that safe then!
Yeah you can have it paid with someone else account, just make sure you make note of your name and address on the payment. I recall a member getting his girlfiend to pay but i sent the card in her name!

I think its around 10%
TBH rebuild parts could be got cheaper elsewhere
