I think we're buying another house
seems stupid not to anyhow, two doors down from where we live now, 2,000 sq ft two family home for $104,900 ( £53,151.68 ) forclosure, so it'll be trashed, but oh cheep. and my wife still qualifies as a first time home buyer (I bought our current house on my own before we were married) so 4.8% mortgage...

yay debt! hehehe
