I jast had normal ones.

I had the simpsons game which was quite good though.

Fired the old beast up, no joystick yet.

Sadly only 50% or so of the discs seem to work now.

Also the internal battery has died suppose after 16 years or so its bound to!

so pissed off about the games not working though!

you can download them as images.

Bit of an arseache getting them from the PC onto an amiga format disk, but it can be done.

excuse my stupidity but eh? Also my pc floopy doesn't seem to work, i tried indiana jones 3 in it, but it works on the amiga.

nah a PC disk drive will never read an amiga disk and vice versa.

but you can connect the pc and amiga together and transfer the file over to get the amiga to write it.

I will try again as some seemed to work then not again or eventually did.

When I get the joystick I can actually play things.

I popped the case open theres no memory battery that I could see. it used to hold th etime, it wouldn't go by 31/12/99 though, I last check it a couple of years ago and it had held the time.

Anyway I just fired up the dreamcast.

What a sad end for that astonishing console. Graphically I have yet to see any PS2 title beat the DC. Shame it went the way it did taking sega apart from the software side down with it.

I have 1 major annoyance, Soneji for being a dick and losing some games liek zombies revenge and my OFFICIAL/REAL/100% Genuine cope of dragons blood is refusing to load, I checked my memory card and its still got the saved game on there.

shenmue (lost)
MDK2 (lost)
zombies revenge (lost)
HOTD2 (lost)

arse.

Just played dragons blood as it loaded up no bother! Good game, cannae be arsed with it though! lol

nope. But I have copied games here. I have one that works, and thats star wars demolition.

i have others but apparently I needed a key cd to get them working, so I dunno if I could play copies, if I can I would indeed like the copies my man.

Tom, the amiga indeed does have paper boy, I only have paperboy 2 for it, I have the first paper boy for the spectrum though!

the amiga was the 64's successor and what a successor it was!

It was THE best games machine of the 16 BIT era, the best CONSOLE was the SNES.
