Long way round

Has anyone else watched this? the programme where they go round the world on their bikes - with Ewan McGregor and that other dude. I saw one episode the other week for the first time and downloaded the series to watch and it was a great programme.

I would love to do something like that, but just know it will never happen, lol.

The road of bones in Russia looked crasy, especially with some of the river crossings those russians were trying.

Its a good program but Ewan McGregor is a cock!

Ok, its pretty impressive what they did but lets not forget they wanted to do it, they were completed sponsored had backup etc etc.

In effect they got paid to take a holiday they wanted to do anyway.

I know what you mean u33db but whatever the case it's a really good watch and makes you think how good it would be to do something like that. It's not really something your average joe could do as easily as them though as you say because they has the support team and probably a lot more money than most that would try it. But to be fair to them the support team didn't really do much in helping them apart from in russia where there was no option.

Didn't realise there was a book tbh, might get it even though I'm not much of a book reader.

I have and I thought it was brilliant. A good watch.

And u33db, I don't get your point? sounds like you're jealous of him more than anything.
