the concept was a very good one, only issue was it wasn't really appliable, certainly not within the cars lifespan as it turned out.
The concept was stainless steel so it never rotted, the 12 denoted the fact it would be 12'000 dollars (closer to 25) thus be cheap enough for everyone to have and so on.
