Renault 18 turbo
Hi lads ive got my eye on a Renault 18 turbo 1984 in good condition 44,000miles on the clock it needs a new petrol tank and theres a bit of rust forming on the panel under the windscreen just wondering am i taking on a whole load of trouble or is it worth getting?

Damn i was going to ask you where you'd seen it then i noticed you were in waterford!, well only way to check over the 18 is to go and look at it and check every single crevis, rust is the main thing you have to worry about, parts are still available, on another topic do you know if theres going to be another Tall Ships in Waterford?

How much is it going for?
I'd be more worried about the VRT than the rust, once the rest of it is good.
Did you check what the VRT would be?

1.6 turbo, nothing amazing but do the job. My mum and dad had one when i was wee, burgendy in colour, traded it in (fair enough it was fucked) for a 1litre nova for my mum!
