Just watched Son Of Rambow.
Thought it would be cheesy and it sort of is, but in a very charming kind of way. Really enjoyed it.

Just watched a film called 'Day Watch' on DVD, If you like films like 'The Matrix' then you will probably enjoy this film too, it relies heavily on special effects (as did The Matrix) but they are very well done, not too over the top considering the genre of film this is.
It's set in Russia in the not too distance future and is your basic good Vs evil battle but it does have a good story line and believable characters and good fight scenes

Well went and saw The Dark Knight yesterday.
It was ok, I fail to see what the big fuss was about and the whole time I was thinking I could be making money elsewhere! Anyway the mrs and the other 2 seemed to like it so thats all that matterds really.

There's something really ironic aout a film from Disney making statements on consumerism and throwaway landfill culture.
Could it be because Disney make more plastic tat (including Wall-e toys) shipped halfway round the world from China than any other company on the planet? Yeah, that's probably it.
