Dinner
ahh, the nightly feast is finished. As I'm fending for myself cos shes staying at her aunts I can actually eat decent food. I feel so much better for it as well.

Anyway tonights dinner

Buttered crispy roll that was handy, 2 and a bit fillets of beef steak (400grams), some sea salt to season and some heinz black peppar sauce.

For pudding a cup of greek yoghurt and a handfull of mixed nuts mixed through it

Feeling nice and satiated now.

However I shall no doubt be peckish later and it just so happens I have some tuna pasta with onion in the fridge, a lemon (already ate a lime today), some apples and some mixed berries and nuts.

Real foods awesome, when shes here all I get is crap food. And yes when shes here I CAN'T make it myself as I do everything else!

well tonight the missus is at work until ten so I have made crab meat and sweetcorn soup with fresh baked crusty rolls and prawn crackers - not a takeaway but home made

tonight I was at amerone, I started with the swordfish and tuna, then the meat pizza and finished off with tiramisu
