R19 '94 81kw F3P

I’ve bought another R19 from ’94. The engine is 1794 ccm. I think that’s a Laguna engine. It has air cond, bord computer etc. Because of the space and free time I’ll take the car at my home only at the end of september. When I tested the car, there was some problems. The turometer was not working and the engine did not want to stay turned on, until the water was not warm. Almost 70-80*C. After that the engine worked well, but the turometer was still off. Still, the bord computer worked only partially. Can you give me some advices? The car has around 180 000 km, at least that showed the indicator. thank you.

can someone put this is the tech section? please excuse me

That's may be an answer to my problem. what about turometer and bord computer? Should I change them both? Or there may be some electrical problem that can affect both?

Sorry man!
I don't know how to say in english. It's the clock from the right that shows how many RPM the engine has.
