opinions please on this beauty

hiya, i have the oppertunity to swap my baby (bring on the abuse lol) my 2003 focus st170 3 door, silver,

ebc drilled and grooved discs all round
ebc greenstuff pads
pipercross viper
janspeed full exhaust
100 cell sport cat
yokohama tyres all round brand new
Eibach pro sport suspension
superchips bluefin with 4 stages of tune
piper exhaust cam with vernier retarded .7 degrees (cant replace inlet cam due to continous variable valve timing etc)
7800 rpm
198 bhp and 189 lb/ft with printout from performance 3000 2 weeks ago and thers nothing i enjoy more than nailing civic type r's

factory bits
half leather
6 disc in dash cd player
climate pack
xenon lights
sunroof
climate control
6 speed close ratio getrag gearbox
traction control
2.0 16v vvti with imrc
forged pistons standard
17 inch multi spoke wheels
300mm front brakes
280 mm rear brakes

it has done 85k (still like new though) performance 3000 said it was the strongest one they had seen
mint condition 6months tax and mot
I had it up for £5300

been offered to swap for this beauty which i love but not sure wether its the right move BMW 530I SPORT 2001 WITH LPG CONVERSION - NO SWAP on eBay, also, BMW, Cars, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 18-Aug-08 21:28:50 BST)

please no comments about how crap ford are cause i know but i still love them lol.

what do u guys reckon, should i do it

The fact that he is willing to swap in the first place always sends me warning signals. I would rather sell then buy than *SWAP* *WINK* via ebay

Not always though i have swapped plenty of cars naughtly via ebay lol, its alot less grief than selling tbh infact i swapped my 2002 bmw e46 for my st170, naturally i would not do anything until im 101% happy with what he is offering
