i did mine yesterday, left the hose running through it for a good hour, then backflushed it and even more brown shite flowed out.. left it till clear, and then some.. refilled with nice pink coolant, i now have heaters within about a mile (used to be cold after my 4 mile commute with trafic) and temp sits lower. well worth it
