failing that, can anyone recommend anywhere to get a good paint match from a rattle can?

Look in the yellow pages for the local paint factors. One near me you give them the paint code and take something along that you want to match to and they get it spot on.

Failing that, Halfords do paint matching, but I wouldn't hold out much hope for it being too good a match.

Either halfrauds, local factors or if you want it mixed try paints 4 you who did a fantastic match on 449 blue.

I might try the big halfords to get something cheap. My local paint supplier is a bit too pro for what i need this time lol

I do however have half a litre of 449 if anyone's interested

Dont forget halfords usually have the 3 for 2 on so get a primer, tungy and lacquer and save some pennies.

im working in halfords, get it mixed there no bother, spray can or normal paint can, its cheap as hell, over here its 12.49 for a 300mil can, primer and laquer cost pretty much nothing at all

Might as well be, but if you want it mixed at halfrauds its £10. You might be able to get it in there pre-mixed cans but im not sure, they are a hell of alot cheaper.

yep 12.49 is euros for the 300 mil spraycan, not sure of the uk price, pre mixed is 7.99 but its not commonly in stock in a lot of the halfords here
