19 16V inlet manifold + head bits

Im after an inlet manifold after I gave my spare one away in my clearout last weekend Didnt think I was going to need it but what do you know... turns out I do... of course

So anyway i need one

Also need:

a tappet

all the bolts and dowels for the cam housings

all breather/ISCV pipework

throttle cable bracket thing

So basically, a whole head would do, even a knackered one as long as it has all the gubbins.

i can supply you with the throttle cable bracket, i'll drop it off when i pick up the brake bias valve

I think i also have the pipework for the iscv and a spare iscv if you require that, i am sure i saw that the other day in my spares boxes when i was hunting down some parts for bidderman.

shame i am not ready to drop in my f7r yet or you could have had my f7p head and inlet manifold which is not messed with or been skimmed.

I am satisfied with WOX's head, I've already made a start on refurbing it. Just all the bits are missing. ph1 style head with the sensor holes in it but never mind.

I have tappets and some isvc pipework, i'll check what bits.
Tappets are coming out as soon as the engine comes out of the car, is it still alright to get that crane off you?
