as cheap as possible i still want the 19 of nige but they way things are going it might take a while but im after one for around 400 t and ted

All R19s are cheap.

If I could offer any advice I'd say
1) get one with full MoT
2) pay a much for one as you can - it's hardly going to be a lot but it makes the difference between something you are always repairing and something that will give you a year or two of decent running

I like the number of sellers who state there's a reserve on their auction, but don't actually put one on - presumably 'cos there's a charge for it.
