it sounded like all the noise was coming from the top end and not the bottom.

Bottom end Fucked. Noise is piston hiting, the head. Owt like mine, Then there be bit's of broken bottom half of the piston in the engine.

deffo bottom end m8 just scrap now can sell you bottom end or whole engine if you want but you will need to do head gasket on it as thats how i bought the one im breaking but it fires up first turn of the key so if you want pm me

but if the engine wont turn somethings fucked bottom end the heavy knock gives it away try bumping her to see if ashe fires or tow start it if it runs your engine will prob knock it tits off and run rough as fook i had a rs 1800 and its bottom end went but if you bumped her she run but knock like fook try it and see

i had to bump it last night to get it home and it ran but not below 2000 rpm. a friend heard the knocking about 500 meters away it was that loud. it fired off of the key this morning for about 3 secs and then stopped. now it wont even turn over
