Uprated Shocks for 19 16v Ph2
Bit of a long-shot, but has anyone got a set of uprated dampers. Not interested about ride comfort..... the car's just for trackdays.
I want less roll, more grip. Any other suggestions welcome..... Cheers. |

Rapid response Chris!
Not too sure what's involved in adjusting the rear torsion bars, so thought I'd leave well alone and just upgrade the dampers. The cars now stripped, so sits slightly higher at the back so dropping the front may unsettle the car even more (and look a bit weird). How difficult is it to adjust torsion bars? The cars done 78000 miles now, if that helps. |

its not hard at all if the bars aren't rusted in place.

sorry to thread hijack...
Dunno what the deal is with the KYB standard springs I put on the black hatch, but it sits WAY too high at the front, even with the engine in. I've got some Pi -35 springs to put on to sort that, but I'd prefer standard really.

what colours tags on the springs?
New springs can have up to 3 - 4 inches above the top of the tyre when newly fitted. The 1.4's etc have silly gaps up to 6 or so.
