neal this is the damage to the headlight, all the lugs are intact. One or two are alittle chewed from being removed and there are no nuts or bolts with it.

well the car was getting scrapped so i just cut away what i needed to (once the engine was removed) to get at the fixings. Oh and blood, sweat and tears played a part.

i've heard they're a bit of a pain to get out, why is that? as i haven't tried removing a headlight yet..........

The nuts seize onto the bolts that sit in the plastic on the back of the headlight so as you try to remove the nuts they sometimes just spin.

You managed to get them out in once piece? I had to get a chizel at the fuckers on mine. Needless to say the mounting bits were no longer intact.
