Bumper is in primer grey so can be painted to suit your car, no other parts on it, to fit the fog lights from your 19 16V it requires the holes cutting (5 minute job) and then you transfer your lights including brackets to the new bumper.
I originally bought it for my ph2 19 16V but it is no longer required as i am fitting a Maxi front bumper to mine now.

ok thats cool presuably all the mounting points are in tact and not damaged. i am interested in the bumper and the laguna splitter dont suppose you kno whow much the postage would be
where abouts in essex are you |

Yep its brand new and never been fitted so all mounting points are intact.
I'll try to find out how much postage will be for both items, there is a courier service that advertises online thats fairly cheap, have used them before. I'll let you know when i know heh
