1 x F7P 1.8 16V engine, bottom end is on its way out, rattles like a goodun, it will also be minus cams but the rest of it will be there.

Just thought i would stick it on here in case anyone wants an engine project, I'll keep it for a month then if no one wants it, i'll turn it into a coffee table Clarkson/Top Gear Stylie.

well i had not planned on stripping it, god knows what state the bottom end is in tbh.
It has power still, can drag the car in and out of the garage no problems but chucks out a lot of oily smoke and a rather heavy odour of petrol, its the engine in the black 19 i am using for project maxi, just want to remove it from the car and be rid of it lol

I spose i could take the head off for tom and strip the BE for you Chris.

I still have it, its currently sitting in the car, I plan on taking it out this coming saturday so if you could pick it up early saturday evening or sunday, that would be superb!
As said, it wont have cams (they are going into my F7R) and the bottom end is on its way out, just so that you are fully aware of that.

I got rid of some rod's a while back.that came out of the Cabbie. Still got the crank, rolling around in the back of the diesel. Feck know's why.

Well, as you may know it did spin a bearing. it as got the odd patch of surface rust, from it been stored in a boot. I'll get Chunk to post a pic up. But TBH. I'll think it's fecked, unless re-ground
